Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

When you buy, the final price includes the delivery amount and applicable taxes in Canada. The delivery amount is always free in Canada, $8.00 in the United States and $10.00 in the rest of the world regardless of the number of products purchased. Our prices do not include applicable taxes and duties in your country. These amounts will be determined by your local customs agency (if applicable). We are not responsible for these fees.

You will receive an email confirmation from us when you place your order, please make sure you have provided us with your correct mailing address. If an error has occurred, notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the change before sending parcels. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged by your local postal service. All packages are shipped via Canada Post. All accessories ordered are ship without a tracking number. For hair oils, all packages ship in Canada include a tracking number. For parcels sent internationally, no tracking number are given. It is therefore impossible to track your package if a problem occurs (it is very rare), but we are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels. There will be no refund. For countries with no tracking number, we may refuse to send a package if your address can not be found on Google to prevent lost packages.

We try to send all the articles ordered within 1 to 3 business days. Once orders have been dispatched, a notification will be sent to you by e-mail.

 

The expected delivery times for Canada Post are as follows:

Quebec: 2 to 5 business days

Rest of Canada: 2 to 10 business days

USA: 8 to 12 business days

International: 10 to 15 business days

Please note, the postage times indicated are an estimate only and all prices are in Canadian dollars.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange on consumable products (hair oils). We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products. If an oil production lot turns out bad, your lot will be recalled and a new bottle will be sent to you.

We accept exchange only for our hair accessories. Please contact us before sending anything to us, so we can see what we can do for you. Unfortunately, we don't cover the shipping fee to send the product back to us, but we will re-ship it to you free of charge.
